Main House Rental Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total is required on booking. Owing to the problems associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, the deposit will be transferrable to future dates. Most travel insurances now make provision for the pandemic so you are encouraged to take out travel insurance.
The final balance is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £500 (sterling cheque or euros cash) is required on arrival. All bed linen and two bathroom towels per person are provided. There will be a small charge for a supply of logs during the winter months. For groups smaller than 6 a reduction may be available on the rental tariff outside July and August, contact us for details.
Final cleaning is included in the price subject to inspection prior to your departure.

Gite Rental Terms

An optional final cleaning charge of €50 for the Tobacco Barn and €30 for the Hay Barn, Walnut Store and La Roque Terrace is payable on departure. All bed linen and two bathroom towels per person are provided. There will be a small charge for a supply of logs during the winter months.
